In Aigust of 1963, President Phil Susi appointed a committee to reasearch the acquisition of a new pumper to replace the 1938 Mack. In december of the same year, the committee recomended the purchase of a "standard Mack pumper" for the price of $24,500. The "C" Model pumper was delivered in 1964 with a wiht a 1000 gpm Waterous pump and a 500 gallon water tank. This unit was in service until July of 1996 when it was sold to a fire company in Alabama.
