Rescue Engine 18 on a Collins Park Job

On the afternoon of Thursday January 21, Rescue Engine 18 was alerted as a part of the box alarm to the 100 block of Rodney Drive in the Collins Park Community. The Rescue Engine made a quick response with a crew of 5. Deputy 20 arrived and reported smoke showing, and upgrading the box. Rescue Engine 18 arrived at the same time as Engine 22 and assumed the first due special services roll and conducted a primary search and then assisted the engine company with suppression and opening up. The crew operated for just over an hour before clearing.
