Elevator Rescue

Engine 18 responded to an Elevator Rescue at the old Ophera House of Delaware Street. Upon arrival, the crews were advised of 7 people trappen in an elevatr on the 3rd floor. The crew proceded to the third floor where they made contact with the occupants. The Engine crew was able to open he elevator doors and remove the occupants who were roughly two feet from the landing. No injuries were reported and the crew operated for less than 30 minutes.
