Heavy rains struck early on Monday morning bringing havoc to the county. Good Will responded to two fire alarm activations and 4 water rescues for vehicles in flood water. Luckily, all of the occupants were able to be removed from their vehicles before the arrival of marine units. After being cleared from the last water rescue in the Hockessin area, the crew used the opportunity to talk about water currents, hydrology, and rescue options with newer members.
