Electrical Fire in Boothhurst

On Friday November 3, Good Will and assisting companies were dispatched to the 100 block of North Katrin Circle in Boothhurst. Upon responding, Fireboard advised the homeowner reported the house filling with smoke and a burning odor. Engine 18 split laid from the top of the street and arrived with smoke in the house. The crew stretched a hand line and investigated. It’s determined to be a faulty power strip inside the home. The investigation was held to Engine and Squad 18 and Ladder 28.
